Squash

What can I say? I didn't take a decent enough picture of the finished project to feature first.

SouleMama made a version of these squash wedges and inspired me to try. Really, really good.


What can I say? They were good. I started eating them long before I remembered to take a picture of the finished product.

Thomas LOVED them. Couldn't get enough. Stuffed his face. Mary screwed up her face and said "ew." Dorian threw his. There's no accounting for taste.
